by Ron Pereira (Artist), Scott Lee, Bill Gates and Norman Evans - CMN President.

When asked by Microsoft Canada, 'How would you advertise us?,' CMN's response was, "We don't know how or even if you should advertise - that's not how we do business. How we do business is we first build a plan based on what we call a 'Chicken Test'. 'Have you heard of the Chicken Test? It's an interesting story……"

Norman began his career in the printing and advertising, public-relations and marketing industry, owning and operating his own company in the U.K. When he moved to Canada in 1977 he saw an opportunity to provide sound creative and marketing strategies to the growing technology marketplace.

Norman opened his own full service agency, developing and implementing marketing action plans for many high-profile companies in North America such as Microsoft Canada and Cisco Systems. The company grew quickly within a fast paced and competitive industry. Recognizing the changing nature of the industry he worked to develop a new integrated marketing approach.

With the emergence of the Internet and electronic media he successfully incorporated his new methodology into providing business-to-business and business-to-consumer application solutions and user interfaces to various clients, including ASSET.net.
